Hello Amanda,

According to the description I guess it could exist because the files folder is either deleted or inaccessible for any reason.

I would suggest follow these steps and check if information technology helps:

Save all responses of your existing Form and create a copy of the Course (this automatically recreates the location binder at backend)

Create a new Course and delete the original Form. Rename the new Form and share its new link and try uploading the files and submit the responses.

You may as well endeavour to create a new Form in Microsoft Forms (office.com) so the responses be saved to your business organization OneDrive and cheque if the outcome occurs there.

Best regards,

Igor

Igor,

The form volition submit and initiate the workflow if I create a "personal" Class that accesses OnDrive. Yay for making some headway, I am hoping you lot can glean something from this. Unfortunately, I need this form to be a "group" form so that my squad tin can manage it, even in my absence.

Copying the existing group form and and so deleting it, still produces the mistake.

Create a new group course and so delete the original, still produces the fault. Then in the new form I tried submitting a response without attaching whatsoever documents, the for SUBMITTED successfully. And then I tried submitting again with attachments, the form produces an mistake.

I also tried changing the permissions for team Members and Visitors to "Total Command" from "Edit" hoping that might make a difference. Cipher.

Any other thoughts? Places I tin can check? I really appreciate your help sorting this out. Information technology is a real head scratcher. LOL

I have sent a link to this discussion to our Information technology staff and then that they can provide input too.
